Organizers with the Rise & Repair Alliance will be scheduling these meetings based on constituents in each district who RSVP at RiseAndRepair.org/rally.\n\nPeople Power ~ Rally in the Rotunda! (1:15-2pm)As scheduled visits are happen across the capitol complex\, we’ll assemble in the rotunda for a rally to amplify our message ~ Minnesota’s legislature must take bold action for climate justice and do so with the guidance\, wisdom\, and direction of Indigenous relatives who have always been\, and will forever be\, the caretakers of these lands.\n\nSCHEDULE & HOW TO PARTICIPATE\nFull Day Engagement:10:00 AM – Advocacy training\, prep session\, and morning coffee at Christ on Capitol Hill (105 University Ave W\, across from the Capitol)11:45a – 12:20p – Light lunch served before walking across the street to CapitolLegislative visits throughout the day pending legislator schedules (most 2-4pm)Joining us for the Rally:12:45 PM – Assemble on the Capitol steps1:15–2:00 PM – Rally in the Rotunda!!\nNow is the time to dig deep\, unite\, and push for the change we know is possible. SUMMARY:Quarterly Community Offering - Spring 2025
DESCRIPTION:Through the year and beyond\, we’ll be hosting Quarterly Movement Offerings\, which will be an opportunity to share what we’re working on and hear from you what you’re paying most attention to. Each session will have information about the state of climate justice work here and abroad\, an opportunity to reconnect us to the importance of building a more equitable and interdependent world\, and tangible action steps our communities can take to move us forward. \nNow\, more than ever\, we need you to show up for what we know to be true: that radical kindness can create meaningful change\, that decarbonizing our world’s energy is not a partisan issue\, and that the moment for building our local and global capacity to prepare for climate disruption is upon us. \nCLICK HERE TO RSVP FOR THE SPRING QUARTERLY COMMUNITY OFFERING
