Beth Divakaran, DMP
After recently consulting with MNIPL as a researcher and grant writer, Beth is excited to contribute to casting vision for the organization as a board member. Beth is a public health nurse, bringing her understanding of climate change as a health and justice issue. She currently works for Hennepin County's Healthcare for the Homeless project and teaches aspiring nurses at Concordia University-St. Paul. She is a member of Park Avenue United Methodist Church where she is hopefully engaged in creation care work. Beth is a bicyclist, a home canner and gardener, a puppy foster mom, and a ponderer living in South Minneapolis. She is inspired by this work of envisioning a more loving world.
