Climate Justice Movement Organizer

The Movement Organizer leads MNIPL’s efforts to build a progressive, transformational climate justice agenda through legislative advocacy, community organizing, movement solidarity, and policy change. They will nurture relationships; develop and lead strategic campaigns; represent MNIPL in coalitions; manage organizational leadership development programs; lead meetings, presentations, and trainings for a variety of audiences; and grow a powerful, statewide, multifaith base of spiritual communities and congregations. Energy Revolution Manager

The Energy Revolution Manager leads MNIPL’s efforts to transform Minnesota’s relationship to energy through practical application of energy efficiency, solar, wind, and more. This position will connect faith communities and their members with energy audits/upgrades and the MNIPL solar program that best fits their needs. This position will promote current energy programs to target audiences and work with solar and community partners to develop new programs and improve existing programs, especially with an emphasis on justice for underserved communities. Climate Justice Policy Organizer

The Policy Organizer leads MNIPL's efforts to build a progressive climate justice agenda through legislative advocacy and policy change. This involves navigating the space between grassroots and grasstops organizing. It also involves tracking policy developments across the legislative landscape, making recommendations for MNIPL's overall policy agenda, and leading strategic policy campaigns aimed at achieving that agenda.
