Loss and Damage: A Student-led Event

“Loss and Damage: What’s Happening in the Global South” is a student-led event hosted by the Climate Justice Club at the College of St. Benedict.

CSB students Cassie Johnson, Lauren Funke, and Emma Rodeguier are in the Envr 303 Climate Action Workshop course, and they are working with MNIPL to spread awareness and discuss how climate change is affecting countries in the Global South. Each student will present a case study on different countries and show videos/documentaries talking about the impact of climate change and loss and damage. There will also be the opportunity to sign a petition from MNIPL that will be sent to the U.S. Department of State.

Meet on the St. Benedict campus in the Henrita Academic Building, room 128B. Click here for a campus map.
