2022 Voter Conversation Training Series #3: Talk to People You Know

As part of MNIPL’s 2022 Voter Conversation Campaign, we are encouraging faith and spiritual communities to have non-partisan conversations leading up to the November election! Our summer training series covers all three types of action opportunities.

In this third training topic of the series, you’ll learn about the unique power you have to influence people you know to vote! Relational organizing, or talking with people you know, is the MOST effective way to increase voter turnout. You are a trusted messenger for friends, family, colleagues, neighbors, and others. Share why it’s critical to vote in the midterms and help them know where, when, and how they can vote.

Having these personal conversations is an activity you can do on your own. But it can be especially motivating to share your goals and check in with others who are also committed to this action.

Learn more by joining this virtual training from 6:30-8:00 pm on Thursday, September 15! This is a repeat offering of the training we offered in July.
