Partnering for Lent 2020

MNIPL has teamed up with seven Episcopal congregations in the St. Paul metro to create a Lent Program on living in better harmony with the earth and responding to the climate crisis.

These Lent 2020 materials are available for any congregation who would like to use them.

Dr. Mark McInroy, Associate Professor of Theology at St. Thomas University, will kick-off the program with a gathering of all seven churches on Thursday, March 5 at St. Christopher’s in Roseville.  MNIPL’s Buff Grace will conclude the program on April 2 with a talk on taking climate action as people of faith.  During the weeks of Lent, each congregation will gather in small groups to read, reflect, pray, and discuss how their faith guides their relationship with the earth and one another.
