Buildings Build a Better Climate Future

Improving your congregation’s facilities is one of the most impactful ways for your community to live out its values and make a statement about caring for creation. At this community connector webinar, learn practical steps your congregation can take to make your building(s) friendlier for the environment and better for your budget.

Our conversation will go beyond conducting a single energy audit. We will look at the whole picture and address opportunities both inside and out for implementing green ideas. We will discuss ideas for energy savings, green building materials, ways to educate the congregation about green initiatives, and available resources to help you have conversations and make decisions.

All are welcome to attend MNIPL’s Community Connector webinars! On the 1st Tuesday of each month, we deepen into a different topic related to climate justice. Through shared learning and conversation, we hope you can feel more confident and empowered to help grow the climate movement. Whether it’s with a community of faith or spiritual practice, neighborhood group, circle of friends, etc., we are all community connectors!
