The Muslim Climate Action Circle meets on the 4th Sunday of each month at 4:00 pm. This online community conversation reflects on climate justice topics through the lens of Islam. People from all faith traditions and spiritual practices are welcome!

Speaker bio:
Imam Saffet Catovic is a senior Islamic advisor for GreenFaith International, a global multi-faith and spiritual environment and climate action network. He wants to advance climate justice through a deeply spiritual outlook and has been a long-time Muslim community organizer, activist and environmental leader in the United States. Among other accomplishments, Imam Catovic has been recently appointed to the Muslim Alliance in North America (MANA) Executive Board. He serves as the Muslim Chaplain at Drew University where he also received his MA in Religion and Society, specializing in Religion and the Environment.
